2- have your lines on the bottom layer

3- new layer, pick the color you need

4- if you can, set the color to fill on like 20% transparency

5- fill that layer

6- erase the areas you dont want to be that colour

7- new layer, new colour, more erasing

8- bitch u aint done, more layers, more FREICKGIN COLORS
